Below are the instructions for remote presentations, which will involve a recorded video followed by live Q&A.
Authors will prepare a 10 minute video presenting their paper. The video should be rendered as a high quality MP4 file and uploaded by following the instructions received via mail. In case you did not receive such a communication, please contact the Program Chairs.
Authors own their video and are welcome to post and share it, but we request that you hold off on sharing it widely until after it has played at the conference.
After the video plays in the conference, there will be a live Q&A session. We will send a zoom link for authors to connect to for this, and be able to test it shortly before the session.
Notice that these instructions apply to authors presenting at the main conference. Co-located workshop authors should contact the Workshop Chairs.
