Making Hotel Reservations

A block of rooms has been put aside for Symposium attendees. There are two main types of rooms available (rates do not include sales/room tax of 11.045%, a resort incidentals fee ( $4 / day), or the parking fee ( $16 / day)):

Government rates are also available for a limited number of rooms for qualified attendees who specify this when making their reservation.

Specify the room type you would like when making your reservation. Please note that rooms are limited availability, on a first-come, first-served basis.

These rooms will be held under the code name of ""IEEE Computer Society SRSP" and will be on hold until April 8, 2005. After this, rooms and rates will be on an availability-only basis.  The Hotel phone number is 1-800-551-7266.

The Hotel may require a deposit in advance from individual guests to guarantee a particular reservation.  Guaranteed reservations are held until at least midnight, at which time the reservation and deposit are forfeited.

The Claremont is easily accessible through three airports, San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose. Driving Directions to the Claremont are given for San Francisco and Oakland. If you are driving from San Jose, leave San Jose airport and head to Oakland. Once in/near Oakland, follow the driving directions given.
