Call for papers

SICHERHEIT is the biennial conference of the technical committee "Security -
protection and reliability" of the German Informatics Society, held since
2003, and preceded by the Verlässliche Informationssysteme conference series
dating back to 1991. The conference is a meeting place for the
German-speaking information security community. Konstanz, largest city at
Lake Constance, is in Southwest Germany right next to Switzerland and the
Alps.

We seek submissions from the broad range of security and safety.

- Submissions to the doctoral forum on 24 April 2018 (extended abstract 4-6
pages) are accepted in English or German and must be presented in English or
German. Accepted contributions will be published in the Lecture Notes in
Informatics (LNI) proceedings, indexed by DBLP.

- Submissions to the scientific track of SICHERHEIT (25-27 April 2018) are
accepted in English or German and must be presented in German. Maximum
length is 10 pages and accepted contributions will be published in the
Lecture Notes in Informatics (LNI) proceedings, indexed by DBLP.

- Submissions to the practitioners track of SICHERHEIT (25-27 April 2018)
are accepted in English or German and must be presented in German. Extended
abstracts have a length of 2-4 pages, and accepted contributions will be
published in the conference proceedings.
