Authors should submit their papers electronically, only in portable document format (pdf) or postscript (ps), by April 30 via the electronic submission web-site powered by easychair: http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=jarcs09 Please, do not send files formatted for word processing packages (e.g., Microsoft Word or Wordperfect files).
