  Submission instructions: Regular papers report completed research.
  Position papers report work in progress. Both types are submitted via
  the PRIMORIS online submission platform following provided guidelines
  and templates. Submissions must be in English. Double-blind review:
  papers must be submitted without any reference to any of the authors.
  Only original papers should be submitted; authors must verify no
  substantial overlap with published or simultaneously-submitted work.
