CALL FOR PAPERS

PasswordsCon is the world's first conference dedicated to passwords,
PINs, and digital authentication. Originally launched in 2010 at the
University of Bergen, Norway, it brings together researchers,
practitioners, password crackers, and industry experts from around the
world to explore challenges in authentication security, usability, and
policy in a collaborative and informal environment.

PasswordsCon 2026 reintroduces a peer-reviewed paper track (previously
offered in 2014 and 2015, with proceedings published in Springer LNCS).

Accepted papers presenting original contributions will be published
by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series,
indexed in Scopus, WoS, and DBLP. Authors must use the Springer LNCS
template. Papers are subject to blind review by the Scientific
Committee. In addition to the paper track, PasswordsCon welcomes
proposals for abstract presentations and lightning talks (not
published); submit talk proposals by email.

Note: Day 1 (December 7) is invite-only. The peer-reviewed paper
track runs on Day 2 (December 8).
