  MarCaS solicits high-quality, previously unpublished work in the
  maritime domain to stimulate novel approaches for a safer and more
  resilient shipping industry. Accepted papers are indexed in IEEE
  Xplore Digital Library with IEEE LCN 2026 affiliation.

  Submission instructions: Up to six pages excluding bibliography,
  in two-column 10pt IEEE format. Double-blind peer review: original,
  unpublished research not currently under review elsewhere.
