The IEEE Conference on Communications and Network Security (IEEE CNS)
is a conference series in the IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc)
core conference portfolio and the only ComSoc conference focusing
solely on cybersecurity. IEEE CNS provides a premier forum for
security researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and users to
exchange ideas, techniques, and tools raise awareness, and share
experiences related to all practical and theoretical aspects of
cybersecurity. Building on the success of the past eleven years of
conferences, IEEE CNS 2026 seeks original high-quality technical
papers from academia, government, and industry. Topics of interest
encompass all practical and theoretical aspects of communications and
network security, from the physical layer to the network layer to the
variety of applications reliant on a secure communication substrate.

Call for Papers

The IEEE Conference on Communications and Network Security (IEEE CNS)
is the flagship cybersecurity conference of the IEEE Communications
Society (ComSoc), and the only ComSoc event dedicated entirely to the
intersection of communications, networking, and security. IEEE CNS
2026 will bring together researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and
industry to exchange cutting-edge ideas, tools, and experiences
spanning from the physical layer to application domains. We invite
original, high-quality technical papers from academia, government, and
industry. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

    Wireless/6G network security, IoT and edge security
    Machine learning, AI and LLM security & privacy
    Cyber-physical systems, industrial control systems, smart-grid security
    Network protocols, architectures and their vulnerabilities
    Software-defined, virtualised, and cloud/edge network security
    Privacy and anonymity technologies, trust and identity management
    Cryptographic methods, key management, post-quantum security
    Malware, ransomware, intrusion detection/prevention in networks
