While space is available, The Fairmont, San Jose has provided a discounted conference rate of $209 + taxes and fees for S&P and SPW attendees. All reservations must be made by Monday, April 25, 2015 at 5:00 pm EST to receive this discounted rate. U.S. Government lodging rates for those with supporting documentation are also be available.

The closest airport to the Fairmont is San Jose International Airport (SJC). The Fairmont provides travel information for SJC covering airport shuttles, taxis, rental cars, driving directions, and parking.
Though further away, San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is also an option. Rental cars are available, and travel time via train is approximately 2 hours.

A parking garage is located underneath the hotel and is valet only. Valet parking for overnight guests is on a space available basis. Other options for commuting from nearby locations to the Fairmont that may be cheaper than parking include app-based ride services such as Lyft and Uber.
