Note: Those who wish to submit the draft paper early, due to any
personal reason (such as to apply for an early USA VISA or to claim
the paper acceptance in their thesis, promotion, etc.), may submit the
draft paper any time before February 1, 2010 and they will receive the
accept/reject decision within one month from the date of their
submission.

 We welcome draft paper submissions.

Instructions for draft paper submission:

Please send an email to contact(at)promoteresearch.org as per the
following specifications:

1. The subject of the email SHOULD be: ISP-10 draft paper submission.
2. The body of the email should contain the (completed) paper/author
   information.
3. The attachment of the email should be the draft paper in either
   MS-WORD, or PDF or PS format. Please see below for the formatting
   instructions for the draft paper.

Formatting Instructions for draft paper:
Authors should use the style files provided by IEEE. The draft paper
should not be more than 7-8 pages. Do not include authors' names or
affiliations or acknowledgements that may identify the author(s). Just
leave a blank for authors' names and affiliations (the authors'
details and affiliations need to be included in the final paper, once
the draft paper is accepted).

Each paper will be sent to two experts for review.

Note: Do not submit a paper if it is already published or currently
under consideration for publication elsewhere.
