The 2004 International Conference on Information and Communications 
Security will be the sixth event in the ICICS conference series, started 
in 1997, that brings together individuals involved in multiple disciplines 
of Information and Communications Security in order to foster exchange 
of ideas. Original papers are solicited for submission.

Instruction for authors: 

Authors are invited to submit original papers not previously published 
nor submitted in parallel for publication. All submitted papers, 
limited 15 single-spaced pages of 11pt font, must be anonymous, with 
no author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, or obvious references. 
To submit a paper, send a plain ASCII text email to , 
containing the title and abstract of your paper, the authors names, 
email and postal addresses, phone and fax numbers, and identification 
of the contact author. To the same message, attach your submission 
in PDF or portable postscript format. 

The Proceedings will be published by Springer-Verlag in their Lecture 
Notes in Computer Science series. Since LNCS is published in both 
printed book and full-text electronic form, the final version of the 
paper must comply with Authors Instructions which are accessible at: 
http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs
