         Original papers are solicited for submission to the Seventh
International Conference on Information and Communications Security
(ICICS'05). ICICS aims to bring together individuals involved in
multiple disciplines of information and communications security to
foster exchange of ideas.

        Authors are invited to submit original papers not previously
published nor submitted in parallel for publication to any other
conference, workshop or journal. The authors of accepted papers must
guarantee that at least one of the co-authors will attend the
conference and deliver the talk. All submitted papers must be in PDF
or PostScript format. Do Not submit files formatted in Word (e.g.,
Microsoft Word or WordPerfect). All submitted papers must be
anonymous, with no author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, or
obvious references. It should begin with a title, a short abstract,
and a list of keywords. A limit of 12 single-spaced pages of 11pt font
is placed on all submissions. Committee members are not required to
read the appendices, and so the paper should be intelligible without
them.

        The Proceedings will be published by Springer-Verlag in their
Lecture Notes in Computer Science and available at the
conference. Since LNCS is published in both printed book and full-text
electronic form, the final version of the paper must comply with
Authors Instructions.
